青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)規(guī)格型號(hào)較多，各類型的攤鋪機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)也不盡相同，但其結(jié)構(gòu)一般由機(jī)架、 動(dòng)力系統(tǒng)（含發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)、液壓傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)）、行走系 統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)、收料輸料系統(tǒng)（含前推輥、收料 斗、刮板輸料器、螺旋分料器）、調(diào)平系統(tǒng)、熨平裝置等組成。上述結(jié)構(gòu)中，除了熨平裝置以外，均屬于主機(jī)的主要組成部分。

主機(jī)的主要功能包括以下 4 個(gè)方面：一是牽引攤鋪機(jī)整體行走，并為攤鋪機(jī)各個(gè)系統(tǒng)提供動(dòng)力；二是通過主機(jī)前部的推輥推動(dòng)運(yùn)料自卸車行進(jìn)，使其完成向收料斗卸料作業(yè)；三是通過刮板輸送器和螺旋分料器將收料斗接收的混合料輸送到攤鋪寬度范圍以內(nèi)；四是連接并支撐熨平裝置，為其液壓回路提供動(dòng)力，并可調(diào)整熨平板位置高度和作業(yè)角度。

熨平裝置是瀝青混凝土攤鋪機(jī)的主要工作裝置，通過主機(jī)兩側(cè)的提升缸和大臂與主機(jī)鉸接在一起。全功能的熨平裝置由箱體、主熨平板（主板）、副熨平板（副板）、加寬熨平板（加長(zhǎng)段）、刮料護(hù)板、端板、振搗機(jī)構(gòu)、振動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、厚度調(diào)節(jié)器、拱度調(diào)節(jié)機(jī)構(gòu)、加熱系統(tǒng)等組成。
The ironing device is the main working device of the asphalt concrete paver, which is hinged to the main machine through the lifting cylinders and large arms on both sides of the main machine. The fully functional ironing device consists of a box body, a main ironing plate (main board), a secondary ironing plate (auxiliary board), a widened ironing plate (extended section), a scraper guard plate, an end plate, a vibrating mechanism, a vibrating mechanism, a thickness regulator, a camber adjustment mechanism, a heating system, etc.
攤鋪機(jī)主機(jī)后部及熨平裝置前部均設(shè)有護(hù)板，熨平裝置兩端設(shè)有端面擋板，由此在熨平裝置前部形成 1 個(gè)儲(chǔ)存瀝青混凝土的攤鋪材料室。其中端面擋板可使攤鋪層獲得較平整的邊緣，可調(diào)高度的熨平板把混合料刮到預(yù)鋪高度。瀝青混凝土經(jīng)振搗夯錘振實(shí)后，在熨平板底面和振動(dòng)器的共同作用下，形成具有一定密實(shí)度的瀝青路面攤鋪層。

The end face baffle can provide a smoother edge for the paving layer, and the adjustable height iron plate scrapes the mixture to the pre laid height. After being compacted by a vibrating hammer, asphalt concrete forms a dense asphalt pavement layer under the joint action of the bottom surface of the screed and the vibrator.
