瀝青道路出現(xiàn)裂縫是瀝青路面的問題表現(xiàn)之一，裂縫不僅影響到路面的美觀還會降低平整度，而且影響整個道路的使用壽命，特別是當(dāng)路面開裂后，雨水就會通過裂縫滲到路面基層瀝青混合料，底基層甚至路基，這樣會腐蝕混凝土路基，削弱基層土基的強(qiáng)度，加速道路的破壞，縮短路面的使用壽命。因此，有必要及時對路面裂縫進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)奶幚怼?/p>

Cracks on asphalt roads are one of the manifestations of asphalt pavement problems. Cracks not only affect the appearance of the road surface but also reduce its smoothness, and also affect the entire service life of the road. Especially when the road surface cracks, rainwater will seep into the asphalt mixture, sub base, and even roadbed of the road surface through the cracks, which will corrode the concrete roadbed, weaken the strength of the base soil foundation, accelerate the damage of the road, and shorten the service life of the road surface. Therefore, it is necessary to promptly and appropriately handle road surface cracks.

針對10～30mm左右的裂縫開槽處治路面裂縫修補(bǔ)法施工工藝，即壓力熱灌注工藝一般分為如下六個步驟。

The construction process of the road surface crack repair method, which involves slotting and treating cracks around 10-30mm in size, is generally divided into the following six steps, namely the pressure hot grouting process.

路面勘察：根據(jù)路面裂縫的具體情況，確定補(bǔ)縫設(shè)計方案。

Road surface survey: Determine the joint filling design plan based on the specific situation of road surface cracks.

前期工作：檢查開槽機(jī)與灌縫機(jī)，啟動灌縫機(jī)并將密封膠加熱到施工所需的溫度。加熱期間將灌縫機(jī)拖掛在卡車后面，并把密封膠隔離墩安全指示標(biāo)牌開槽機(jī)和熱噴槍等裝在卡車上，拖到預(yù)定施工地點，將公路半幅的一半封閉作為施工區(qū)。

Preliminary work: Check the slotting machine and grouting machine, start the grouting machine, and heat the sealant to the required temperature for construction. During the heating period, hang the grouting machine behind the truck and install the sealant isolation pier safety indicator, slotting machine, and hot spray gun onto the truck. Drag them to the designated construction site and seal half of the road as the construction area.

開槽：按照設(shè)計開槽尺寸，調(diào)節(jié)好開槽深度，然后進(jìn)行開槽作業(yè)

Slotting: Adjust the slotting depth according to the designed slotting size, and then proceed with the slotting operation

清縫：用吹風(fēng)機(jī)將槽內(nèi)碎渣及裂縫兩側(cè)10cm內(nèi)的灰塵徹底清掃干凈。

Cleaning: Use a hair dryer to thoroughly clean the debris and dust within 10cm on both sides of the crack in the groove.

灌縫：若在氣溫低于7℃時，使用熱噴槍對開好的槽進(jìn)行預(yù)熱以提高密封膠粘結(jié)力；如槽有潮氣，使用熱噴槍干燥處理。將加熱好的密封膠均勻地灌入槽內(nèi)，并在裂縫兩側(cè)拖成一定寬度與厚度的封層。

Sealing: If the temperature is below 7 ℃, use a hot spray gun to preheat the opened groove to improve the sealing adhesive adhesion; If there is moisture in the slot, use a hot spray gun for drying treatment. Evenly pour the heated sealant into the groove and drag it onto both sides of the crack to form a sealing layer with a certain width and thickness.

養(yǎng)護(hù)：灌縫后密封膠充分冷卻把路面上碎渣清掃干凈后，才能開放交通，一般時間18min，具體開放交通時間還是要根據(jù)氣溫情況來確定。

Maintenance: After filling the joint, the sealant should be fully cooled and the debris on the road surface should be cleaned before traffic can be opened. The general time is 18 minutes, and the specific opening time of traffic still depends on the temperature situation.
